The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Marketing Operations team with the planning, execution, optimization, and maintenance of marketing platforms and programs. This role focuses on marketing automation and technology integrations, including administration, operational email execution, lead management processes, and data quality. The specialist will work closely with the Marketing Solutions Manager to ensure smooth marketing workflows, data integrity, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Marketing Technology & System Support
- Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the marketing automation platform (Marketo), including troubleshooting and end user support
- Participate in the implementation and integration of marketing technologies, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance marketing operations
- Act as a liaison between marketing and Technology / Salesforce teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality
- Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.

Campaign Program & Process Optimization
Lead & Data Management

Salary Range : $65,000- $75,000
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to concentrate and multi-task for long periods of time in a noisy / busy environment. Must be able to travel and work more than 40 hours per week as needed.
This position is open to a hybrid schedule out of our Austin, TX; Boston, Massachusetts; Hamilton, NJ; or New York City, NY offices. This position is also eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations : Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
