Description:
The Performance Marketing Manager will drive data-driven marketing initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Sunstate Equipment. This role will oversee the implementation and management of Marketing and Data Cloud email automation, digital advertising campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and campaign analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to analyze performance data to deliver measurable business results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience with B2B marketing strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience utilizing innovative technologies like GenAI, data clean rooms and/or RMNs (as examples)
Education/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Demandbase, 6sense).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Post Hog and other analytics platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation
- Plan and oversee execution of strategic integrated marketing campaigns designed to establish/build the brand, drive demand, and/or drive leadsDevelop and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy that engages and retains Sunstate customers
- Oversee the design implementation, and management of Marketing and Data Cloud email automation workflows to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with Sales Cloud, Engineering and Sales teams to align marketing automation efforts with sales funnel optimization.
- Create and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized customer experiences.
- Manage activities and outputs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with oversight on email automation, email builds, and reporting.
- Proven experience managing email deliverability best practices, including IP warming, domain authentication, CAN/SPAM compliance, and sender reputation to ensure high inbox placement rates.
Digital Advertising
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic ads.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, ensuring campaigns deliver a strong ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging ad content.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed for campaign execution and performance optimization.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner with Marketing Strategy team and Sales to develop and deliver end-to-end account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage data and insights to identify high-value accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
- Track and report ABM performance metrics, providing actionable insights for refinement.
Analytics and Reporting
- Develop comprehensive dashboards to track performance metrics across campaigns and channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign strategy.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategy.
