Job Skills / Requirements
Sunstates Security is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC. The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to end users across a 600-laptop environment. This role includes phone-based troubleshooting, deskside support, and performing hardware and software installations, imaging, and deployments. The analyst will ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
This position offers a salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year - Plus an annual performance-based bonus along with industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, a 401k savings plan with a company match, full medical, dental & vision insurance benefits, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first and second-level phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system
- Perform hardware moves, installations, and physical maintenance of PCs and printers
- Assist in updating and maintaining standard laptop images
- Perform desktop/laptop imaging, deployment, and rollouts
- Stay informed on the latest technology trends and best practices
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and Windows operating systems
- Experience with desktop imaging software
- Knowledge of application customization and integration
- Familiarity with hardware platforms, chipsets, and troubleshooting techniques

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSETS DESIRED
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of comparable experience
- Two years of experience in end-user support and troubleshooting in a networked environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong documentation and procedural skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively
