What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Installer position at Suntegrity Solar?
Suntegrity Solar is looking to add to our highly regarded installation team. If you take pride in your work and believe in doing a job right the first time, then we are the company for you. We will consider entry level to experienced. Construction experience is required.
We are locally owned and operated and known throughout Sonoma County as the go to for quality installations. Our install team's focus is residential solar power and energy storage systems/battery back-ups. We provide vehicles, tools and training. We go to customer sites in company vehicles. This is a great opportunity to learn a lot and be exposed to a variety of technologies while working in a positive environment.
Requirements:
- Construction experience
- Work well in a small team
- Ability to interact professionally with customer(s)
- Positive attitude
- High school education
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on roofs and in attics
- Willing to work throughout Sonoma County and Napa & Marin Counties as needed
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Clean background
- Clean driving record w/ 3 yrs min on license
Preferred:
- Residential solar experience
- Electrical experience, WECA training
- Ability to read plan sets
- Leadership skills & experience
- Post high school education
