Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and confirmation of the monthly financial statement.
- Complete end-of-day procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Reconcile daily deposits (ACH, cash, credit card, and checks).
- Provide regular updates to the Regional Controller on KPIs.
- Code and submit invoices for timely processing and recording.
- Collaborate with property leadership on expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial and marina information for forecasting purposes.
- Supply necessary financial information to the General Manager.
- Monitor accounts receivable and keep them up-to-date.
- Collaborate with HR on employee-related matters.
- Liaise with HR for employee ADP access and record upkeep.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Enforce adherence to departmental and/or Operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Collect, update, and track contracts, insurance, and registrations as needed.
- Address customer inquiries about the marina, contracts, billing, and insurance.
- Maintain monthly billing and record-keeping for customers.
- Source property supplies, retail items, materials, and uniforms from vendors.
- Verify accuracy of new slip storage and boat club contracts.
- Manage inventory, including quarterly counts, adjustments, and additions.
- Support the General Manager and Home Office in monitoring initiatives and property-related information.
