What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Monitoring Official position at Suntian Community Development Officials?

This is a 1099 (Independent Contractor) Position.
Location site: Buckhead/South Downtown
This is a GIG/Contract position.
This may fit someone who is part of the Gig economy/culture and is looking to make some extra cash here and there.
You will be assigned to 2-3 locations depending on schedule availability. Buckhead & South Downtown Atlanta.
Both locations are accessible by the bus & train line and are no more than a 10-minute walk from both locations.
We have an opening for a Part-Time Flex Position with a minimum of 20.50 hrs per week. We will have certain event dates that may need to be covered, as well as shifts for our front desk. You usually get your schedule at least 2 weeks to a month in advance. There may be some last-minute calls, but we’ll try our best to give you as much notice as possible. We also have events throughout the month that you may pick up upon availability.
Starting pay is $16 per hour for this contract. After a year, a raise is possible. Guidance for the project will be provided. Free Membership is included at both locations (as long as you are actively working gigs). You will also have free access to the gym on-site at Buckhead to help keep you active for this position and to promote healthy living.
You will be contracted to work through S.C.D.O. for the following position:
Community Monitoring Official (C.M.O).
You will be assigned as a C.M.O. for our Monitoring & Observations Unit.
Your main duty for this location is monitoring and observing this site for any oddities, unique occurrences, ensuring members are following community protocols, and reporting any unusual activity to your Ambassador and Management.
Duties:
- Conducting perimeter checks.
- Enforcing community protocols.
- Monitoring site via CCTV (if available at the site).
- Creating and issuing keycards to members and guests.
- Emailing and reporting information to the proper staff members.
- Answering member/guest questions and handling their concerns.
- Operating and controlling parking gates.
- Utilizing Access Control platforms such as Avigilon.
- Logging, documenting, and reporting incidents and shift activities.
- Utilizing mobile devices for certain operations (parking gates, payment transactions, etc.).
- Attend guidance sessions to improve job efficiency (Fire drills, Gate Operations, etc.).
- Ensuring all entrances to the building are properly secured and locked down at the end of the shift.
