What You’ll Do:
- Streamline Scheduling: Utilize systems like AutoAlert, Drive Centric, and Xtime to manage appointments for the buying department and sales team, ensuring smooth client and prospect interactions.
- Lead Engagement: Conduct outreach to a variety of leads, including:
- Incoming service appointments
- AutoAlert deal mining opportunities
- Facebook inquiries
- Capital One leads
- Manufacturer retention leads
- Lease-end customers
- Missed opportunities
- Customer Communication: Connect with customers through calls, emails, and texts based on predetermined tasks, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively contribute to the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by:
- Meeting with recent vehicle purchasers
- Conducting follow-up communication to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
- Social Media Content: Create and post engaging Facebook content to showcase dealership activities, including promotions, events, and community involvement.
- Internet Lead Response: Make initial contact with internet leads that have gone unanswered after 15 minutes.
- Sales Call Support: Assist with inbound sales calls during peak times when sales personnel are unavailable.
