What You’ll Do:

• Streamline Scheduling: Utilize systems like AutoAlert, Drive Centric, and Xtime to manage appointments for the buying department and sales team, ensuring smooth client and prospect interactions.
• Lead Engagement: Conduct outreach to a variety of leads, including:
• Incoming service appointments
• AutoAlert deal mining opportunities
• Facebook inquiries
• Capital One leads
• Manufacturer retention leads
• Lease-end customers
• Missed opportunities
• Customer Communication: Connect with customers through calls, emails, and texts based on predetermined tasks, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Proactively contribute to the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by:
• Meeting with recent vehicle purchasers
• Conducting follow-up communication to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
• Social Media Content: Create and post engaging Facebook content to showcase dealership activities, including promotions, events, and community involvement.
• Internet Lead Response: Make initial contact with internet leads that have gone unanswered after 15 minutes.
• Sales Call Support: Assist with inbound sales calls during peak times when sales personnel are unavailable.

• Tech-Savvy: Experience using tools like AutoAlert, Drive Centric, Xtime, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• Customer-Focused: You thrive on delivering outstanding service and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Social Media Enthusiast: You know how to create content that drives engagement and highlights the best of what we offer.
