Position Overview:
As a Business Enablement Analyst, you will play a vital role on SunVest’s People, Legal, IT, and Compliance team, supporting the effective operation and delivery of critical business functions that drive the success of our renewable energy projects. This enabling team engages in all phases of SunVest’s business, with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
In this role, you will join a team of fellow Business Enablement Analysts who:
- Assist with developing and implementing programs that enhance recruitment, employee engagement, training, and organizational alignment with SunVest’s core values.
- Support the legal team in drafting and managing contracts, maintaining compliance documentation, and streamlining legal processes.
- Collaborate on system implementations, data management, and technology-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to prevailing wage requirements and apprenticeship standards, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.

The salary range for this role reflects the broad array of factors considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $55,000-$70,000. At SunVest, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions are tailored to the specifics of each case.
