Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
- Supervise staff across various departments

- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage shift schedules effectively to optimize staff performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a hospitality context.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
- Three years AGM/GM experience
