Job Title : Spring 2025 Film Production Assistant
Department : Admissions
Job Description / Duties : This position will be an essential partner in the filming, organizing, and editing of department / program videos for SUNY Cortland Admissions.
Responsibilities include :
- Operating film, lighting, and audio equipment
- Interviewing members of the SUNY Cortland Community
- Filming B-Roll of department offices, faculty, and students
- Editing footage and audio into clean and ready-to-use clips
- Organizing footage clips and labeling with metadata
- Collaborating on final edits of video production
There may also be the opportunity to earn internship credit in this role. If interested, please inquire throughout the hiring process.
