The Enterprise Application Administrator (EAA) is a key technical role responsible for supporting the college's enterprise application infrastructure through the configuration, automation, integration, reporting and troubleshooting. This position requires a proactive and analytical approach to solving technical problems, setting up workflows, and enhancing operations through efficient use of technology.
The EAA will work with users inside the college as well as contacts outside (i.e. vendors and third-party system support). This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership, organizational expertise, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities. A high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving processes through innovative solutions are essential. The EAA must continuously maintain related skills and embrace new challenges to assist in migrating campuses to new technologies.
This position is primarily remote but will occasionally require periodic visits to either campus.
Job Requirements:
Education Required: Associate degree in a computer-centered discipline with five years of required experience or seven years of required experience.
Experience Required: Experience supporting enterprise applications and working with integrations, workflows, and automations. Strong experience with SQL for analyzing and troubleshooting data.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Banner, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, RESTful JSON, and API testing tools.
- Hands-on experience developing API integrations, testing workflows, and working with data returned by APIs.
- Proficiency with Linux command-line operations and basic scripting for troubleshooting purposes.
- UI/UX design
- In depth Excel knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, all college employees and the public.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to travel to and between the college's two campuses and other sites.
- Bilingual Skills.

Salary: $47,708 to $62,816 per annum; commensurate with experience and is primarily remote. This is a Staff & Chair, Grade 40 12 month position.
