What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Service Center Representative position at SUNY Upstate Medical University?
Job Summary:
The HR Service Center Representative provides a wide variety of HR services within a complex environment, responding to or making referrals of customer inquiries or concerns received through the Ask HR portal, in person, via telephone, or email in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the HR department.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with great ability for knowledge retention and recall. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive callers/situations.
