We are looking for an Art Director to oversee the creative strategy and execution of client projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and design requirements.
- Develop and present creative concepts that align with the agreed-upon goals and strategy.
- Create cross-channel visual communication strategies, including digital, print, and motion graphics, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative approaches to creative projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client expectations.
- Present design solutions to clients, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge and dexterity of Adobe Creative Suite and industry leading design software.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital and print design or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Broad knowledge of design across different mediums (digital, print, and motion) and platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and their design requirements (Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong creative vision with a breadth of style and design capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Portfolio Required
Candidates should have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of design styles, mediums, and successful brand campaigns.
