We are seeking a reliable and organized Full Time Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and visitors at our establishment.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately
- Checking guests in and out of the establishment
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Assisting guests with any requests or concerns they may have
- Keeping the front desk area clean and organized
- Maintaining knowledge of all hotel services and amenities
- Providing information about local attractions and restaurants
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work weekends and holidays
