Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist guests with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Skills:

- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
