## Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and organizing documents
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office or dental receptionist procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
