Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Town Pump. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a clean environment.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to ensure availability of clean linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
