Position Overview:
As a Server Assistant at Catch 23, you’ll be an essential part of our service team, helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to grow in the hospitality industry.
Pay:
$15/hour plus tips – because great service deserves great rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
- Assist servers by delivering food and drinks to guests
- Refill water and beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
- Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive, team-first work environment
