Want to bring the World The Last True Chicken Sandwich? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to contribute to the growth and success of Super Chix as we build our brand. Our ideal manager will have a strong background in food service and team management. This role requires hands-on leadership and high expectations to teach and deliver Authentic Hospitality.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations and systems, including staff supervision, hiring, scheduling, ordering, and customer service.
- Maintain costs and monitor proper stock management of food and supplies.
- Address and satisfy customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Be present, accountable and ready to contribute, ensuring we consistently deliver our best to both the team and our guests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Scheduled and work 45-50 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Health Certification
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health requirements
