Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Prep & Dishwasher to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while assisting with food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and food prep areas.
- Assist in basic kitchen prep work, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen surfaces, floors, and workstations are clean and organized.
- Dispose of trash and follow proper recycling procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
