As an Office Support Staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing customer communications, supporting administrative tasks, handling product orders, and ensuring smooth operations. This role is vital in helping our sales staff focus on client relationships while you take care of the behind-the-scenes logistics.

Estimates & Work Orders
Payment processing
Permit filling
Product Ordering
Site Visits
Meetings- Internal and external
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong understanding in Quickbooks
Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Comfortable with in person site visits and customer interaction.
Experience in boat dock building, lift installation, and an overall knowledge of boats (would be beneficial)
