Super Lawn Technologies Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Overview:
- Customer service - must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking - can talk to a customer on the phone in a polite and professional voice, look up the customer's record in our CRM, type informative and valuable notes, all while determining the proper way to handle the call without putting customers on hold
- Phone skills - speak clearly in English, answers phones professionally in a clear voice, thoroughly updates data records, calls clients and prospects to communicate work in progress updates - ENJOYS talking on the phone with clients and prospects and helping them with their needs
- Email - types 50 words per minute with accuracy, answers emails with clearly written professional and business language with proper punctuation in replies
- CRM - updates records, maintains records, schedules follow up, completes online research about clients and their companies
- Shipping & Receiving - uses USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex shipping software, package products for shipping, ships products
- Teamwork - works in our office and communicates well with both our office team and manufacturing team
- Experience - automotive, construction, mechanical, commercial work truck experience a plus, but not required
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher
- Ability to hear, speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to write accurate, comprehensive notes in English with proper punctuation.
- The successful candidate must constantly display a strong work ethic.
- The successful candidate must have a high degree of attention to detail.
- The successful candidate must have initiative to accomplish tasks when they see the need to address a problems without constantly being told what to do
Compensation:
- Hourly paid position with hourly rates from $13 to $20 per hour.
- Paid holidays with 6 months of employment.
- Paid vacation with 12 months of employment.
- Paid training per company policy
