- Lead Strategic Partnerships : As Principal Project Manager, you will drive partnerships through structured programs, ensuring successful and long-lasting engagements with North American Partners and OEMs.

- Partnership Program Leadership : Lead North America-based Partner and OEM programs, engaging with partners to foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with sales and engineering teams to deliver Data Center / Integrated Services solutions and contribute to RFP responses.
- Training and Development : Prepare and deliver training on service solutions and onsite installations to internal teams, customers, and business partners.
- Customer Engagement : Travel to meet customers, establish rapport, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Project Management : Manage project milestones, deliverables, and execute key tasks to ensure successful project outcomes. What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications :
- Education : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in the IT industry, including experience working with partners and sales.
- Technical Skills : Knowledge of IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network, Storage), Applications, and Data Center Operations.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Customer Focus : Demonstrated customer-focused approach with a mindset to deliver quality products and services.

Salary Range $207,000 - $224,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
