The receiving department is responsible for accurately receiving purchase orders into the operating system as well as accurately loading and unloading material into locations.
- Receive Purchase orders into operating system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Accurately put away raw material
- Material handling
- Load/Unload trucks
- Accurate pulling of material.
- Bin transfers including physically moving parts from stock locations to department locations.
- Accurate transfer of material in operating system
- Perform monthly cycle counts on inventory items.
- participate in the annual end of year inventory.
- Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
- Clean area to 5S standards
