The Role:
As the Marketing Director, you will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, elevates brand presence, and drives growth in the HVAC market. You will lead marketing campaigns, develop go-to-market playbooks, oversee communication strategies, and collaborate with sales and product teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Brand Management

• Oversee the evolution and execution of brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Partner with the Product Manager and executive team to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.

Multi-Channel Marketing

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels, including PR, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.

Product Launches

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches that align with market needs and business goals.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager and external resources, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Performance Metrics

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

Budget Management

• Develop and manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI.

Partnership Development

• Build relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technology sectors; HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in team leadership and project management with a results-driven mindset.
