Super Soccer Stars is a premier youth soccer organization that provides high-quality programs and services to children aged 3-12 years old.

This position plays a critical role in delivering our travel soccer programs, which focus on developing fundamental movement skills, promoting teamwork, and enhancing overall athletic performance.

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups.
• Lead travel soccer sessions, emphasizing technical skill development, strategic play, and sportsmanship.
• Cultivate strong relationships with players, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates.

• Post-secondary education in exercise science, sports management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a sports setting.
• Uplifting personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
