Route Sales Managers are responsible for keeping customers; this is done by managing inventory, staying in communication with the customers, communicating customer needs to SuperSource for support, and problem solving.
SuperSource provides ongoing supplemental training to help team members excel to their full potential. Starting pay can range between $40K and $60K annually, but with incentives the pay can exceed $100K.
All tools, phone, uniforms and route vehicle are provided. A clean driving record is required.
