Supply Chain Specialist Lead
Location - Rochester, NY

Onsite
Job Responsibilities :
Shipping (parcel and freight, CONUS / OCONUS)
Receiving (unpacking, ticketing)
Inventory management (cycle counts, part number creation, moving inventory)
Purchasing (creating purchase orders, ecommerce, calibration schedules)
Database entry and querying (Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Access, PowerApps, Excel)
Answering phones, rerouting calls, taking orders
Warehouse duties (organization, cleaning, clearing docks)
Filing paperwork
Liaison with Accounts Payable
Supporting technicians with their needs (ordering parts, picking parts, refilling inventory bins)
Working with customers and vendors to ensure strategic partnerships
Qualifications :
5 years supply chain experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environment
Good customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Knowledgeable in the use of basic hand tools
Basic math skills
Team player
Able to lift up to 100 pounds
Degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
