Position Overview
Join Super Inspector, Texas's premier home inspection company, as a Business Development Representative and drive market growth by generating and nurturing leads. Your primary goal is to expand our client base and establish strong relationships within the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify and acquire potential clients through various channels.
- Develop Relationships: Forge and maintain alliances with top real estate agents and referral sources.
- Promote Services: Advocate for our company's offerings through calls, meetings, and face-to-face encounters.
- Conduct Meetings: Lead daily and weekly meetings to align team efforts.
- Track Sales Activity: Document sales endeavors in the CRM and monitor monthly expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years in outside sales.
- Education: A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Training: Attend a one-week in-person training in Dallas, TX.
