Receiving Assistant – SVI Trucks

SVI Trucks builds custom fire apparatus, including rescue trucks, hazmat units, command vehicles, fire engines, tanker trucks, law enforcement vehicles and more. Every truck that leaves the factory is truly one-of-a-kind thanks to innovative engineering and meticulous construction.

If you want to work for a company that knows what it means to take care of people, then this might be the job for you! We are looking for a dependable Receiving Assistant for our SVI Truck Division in our Fort Collins location.

Essential Functions:

·         Responsible for checking in all vendor deliveries coming into the docks Monday thru Friday.

·         Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists.

·         Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.

·         Unloading deliveries from trucks.

·         Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.

·         Assisting in maintain records of all received shipments

·         Conducting inventory of products

·         Moving product to various locations throughout the warehouse, as requested / needed daily.

·         Use of dollies, forklifts and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock and around stockroom.

·         Stores, restocks and shelves delivery items as necessary.

·         Ensures stock room and dock is neat, clean and organized daily.

Requirements:

·         Demonstrates strong organizational skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds regularly

·         Able to contribute in a fast paced, team atmosphere.

·         Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test and criminal background check.

Compensation: $19-$21/Hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
