Primary Duties
Technology & Platform Ownership
- Manage eCommerce platforms and payment gateways as the day-to-day owner.
- Oversee updates, integrations, and the implementation of new tools to improve the platform from a Product Owner standpoint.
- Ensure platform functionality aligns with sales and operational goals.
- Track and optimize key metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and revenue growth.
- Monitor cart abandonment rates and recommend solutions to improve sales funnel performance.
- Manage paid digital marketing (PPC) efforts and ensure budget is allocated to high-performing channels.
- Oversee platform optimization to maximize ROI on digital advertising spend.
- Oversee website performance, user experience (UX), and functionality to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Optimize site navigation, product pages, and search functionalities to improve conversion rates.
- Execute A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Lead SEO strategy, planning, and execution.
- Monitor and improve metrics related to AOV, repeat purchase rates, and cart abandonment.
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive sales growth across eCommerce channels.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento) to track performance trends and provide insights.
- Work with Business Intelligence (BI) teams to align campaigns with website data.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, with a focus on DTC websites and marketplace platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or Magento/Adobe Commerce.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing website performance and user experience.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and PPC budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and marketing management are required.
- Qualified candidates have, at a minimum, a 4-year college degree in business, computer science, management or a related field.
