The Role :
The General Manager of the Ads & Intel Business Unit (BU) is responsible for leading scaled revenue growth and business unit profitability of our largest product set, Awesome Ads, and our newest product line, Awesome Intelligence.
Awesome Intelligence is the technology that enables brands to understand their under-18 audiences' interests and motivations in order to effectively connect with them where they are. Awesome Ads is the omnichannel execution platform for safe and effective media and content. Together, these products represent the best-in-class advertising stack for engaging with the next generation.

Working directly with : Executive Management Team, Operations Leadership, Product & Engineering,, Marketing, Finance, Policy & Privacy
Key Responsibilities
- Business Unit (BU) P&L Ownership.
- Own the P&L of the Ads & Intel, driving growth and profitability in-line with company financial goals.
- Drive revenue pipeline management and forecasting processes to maintain visibility into revenue performance and identify growth opportunities. Leverage analytics and performance metrics to evaluate and refine revenue strategies, ensuring decisions are backed by data. Provide regular updates within the Executive Management Team on revenue performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with Exec and Finance to design and execute the annual operating plan, including company objectives, budget development and revenue planning. Operate your within agreed annual budgets.
- Develop and execute the Ads & Intel global revenue strategy, ensuring consistent growth and BU profitability. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive Ads & Intel revenue from each market (NA, UK, DACH, FR and other territories), driving global cohesion and managing for regionalized needs.
- Ensure customer success teams are delivering exceptional client experiences, high retention rates, and expanded revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Scale operational and commercial support non-linearly, as to support improving unit economics of our media business.
- Product Strategy, Growth Opportunities and Go-to-Market
Working directly with the Ads & Intel Product Managers and Exec, set the direction and strategy of the BU products and revenue using deep understanding of the AdTech / March ecosystem and innovation in data, ML and AI..
Support Sales with product and industry Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for internal prep and external meetings with customers in support of the Sales organization and revenue generation.
Leverage deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem to inform business models, product positioning, and growth strategies.
