As the Audience Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our audience and engaging with our target market. You will work closely with the marketing and investor relations teams to develop and execute effective strategies to attract and retain our ideal audience.
In this role, you will research and analyze our target market, identify key audience segments, and continuously optimize our audience development efforts. You will be responsible for driving audience growth, increasing engagement, and enhancing the overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :
- Research and analyze target audience (institutional investors and investment consultants) demographics and preferences.
- Develop and implement audience development strategies and initiatives.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and acquire new audience members.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including email, social media, and phone calls to reach and engage with target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Support the Investor Relations team by scheduling advisory board calls and panel prep calls.
