What You’ll Do:
As our Landscape Installation Foreman, you will:
- Lead a passionate team of landscape professionals in executing beautiful installations.
- Interpret and implement project designs, ensuring quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, including managing laborers, materials, and equipment.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while delivering stunning results on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in landscape installation (3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of landscape installation and landscape maintenance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and high work standards.
- Heavy equipment operation experience

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
