Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, mulching, and maintaining garden beds and lawns.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as hedge trimmers, rototillers, bed edgers etc.
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges.
- Assist with the installation of hardscapes (Patios, retaining walls, water & fire features).
- Ensure the worksite is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

This job is a entry level labor position. Training is provided. Must be willing to work long, hot days and lift 50 lbs daily. Advancement opportunities include growth into foreman and project manager positions. Health insurance is offered to every team member. Laborers are eligible for end of year bonuses. You will report to the same location every day and take company vehicles to job sites, all drive time is paid. Overtime is available.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
