Sparrow Lansing Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon for a Locum to Perm position. This role spans from April 2025 to July 2025, with an opportunity to transition to a permanent placement. The position also includes call coverage responsibilities.

Rates to submit:
Malpractice rate
Orientation - "must be 1/2 regular rate"
On Call Daily - "to include 8 hours onsite coverage plus night call"
Call back - "per hour of patient contact hours after 8 hours M-F"
Weekend Call Rate -24hrs Sat/Sun with 4 hours gratis

A background check and fingerprints will be needed. Credentialing will be sending over a Fingerprint Consent & Disclosure form with the kick off email that will need to be completed upon receipt to get the ball rolling on the fingerprints.
Requirement description :
- Board Certified (Orthopedics) - Required
- Trauma Fellowship - Highly Preferred
- MI License (willing to accept those who will obtain license) - Required, no exceptions

- Clean malpractice and background - Required, no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
