Position - OB manager
Location - Petoskey MI
Shift - 5x8 Days
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Conduct physical examinations and triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency.
- Utilize laboratory results and sonography reports to inform treatment plans and patient management strategies.
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth for efficient patient data management.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in patient care and operational procedures.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery and patient outcomes.
Experience
- Must have previous OB leadership experience - Required
- Experience with Newborns, Pediatric and Adults - Required
- BLS - Required
- PALS - Required
