Job Overview
Superdome Sports Northvale is looking for a reliable Facilities Maintenance to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our sports complex. This position plays a key role in preparing the facility for various sports activities and ensuring a safe, clean environment for our guests.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning common areas, and ensuring all spaces are ready for activities.
- Set up and break down equipment for various sports activities (volleyball, basketball, soccer).
- Assist with checking in customers, including walk-ins, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Help move and arrange equipment or furniture as needed for events and activities.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and follows safety protocols.
- Work with the team to maintain a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move sports equipment and furniture.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.
