About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role will focus on identifying and developing high-impact strategic partnerships and driving significant revenue growth through these alliances. This individual will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships within the e-commerce and / or influencer marketing space. This role offers a significant opportunity for rapid career advancement, with the expectation to lead strategic partnerships within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership Identification & Development : Identify, qualify, and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the e-commerce and influencer marketing ecosystem, including agencies, technology platforms, and complementary service providers. Focus on partnerships that drive significant revenue and expand Superfiliate's market reach.
- Lead Generation : While we have a lot of partners inbounding us to explore partnership opportunities, you will be required to dedicate a portion of your time to outbounding (email, Linkedin, etc) large numbers of agencies to explore net-new partnership opportunities.
- Partnership Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, including target partner identification, value proposition development, and joint go-to-market planning.
- Negotiation & Relationship Management : Lead complex partnership negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and cultivate deep, long-term relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
- Revenue Generation & Growth : Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and achieve significant revenue targets. This includes developing co-marketing plans, joint sales enablement programs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and strategic opportunities within the e-commerce and influencer marketing landscape.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success, analyze performance data, and identify areas for optimization and growth. Provide regular reporting on partnership performance to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless integration of partner programs and maximize the value of strategic alliances.
- Industry Leadership & Representation : Represent Superfiliate at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential partners and staying ahead of market trends.
