Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer crops and report on conditions and pests.
- Communicate with customers regarding crop diagnosis and solutions.
- Conduct pre-application inspections of customer fields and crops.
- Use technology to identify and record field pest locations, and crop management information.
- Support seed sales and marketing programs.
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Collaborate with our crops and integrated pest management teams.
- Assist with record keeping and office support tasks.
- Attend educational workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Full-time enrollment in an agricultural program or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Background check required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
