**Job Description:**
The Agricultural Specialist will work closely with our team to administer crop management programs, develop customer relationships, and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned customer crops daily for condition and pests.
- Interact directly with customers to explain crop diagnosis and solutions.
- Conduct pre-application inspections of customer fields and crops.
- Use GPS tracking systems and software to identify and record field pest locations.
- Assist in seed sales and marketing programs.
- Respond to customer complaints on behalf of our agronomy management team.
**Requirements:**
- Full-time registered student majoring in an agricultural discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Favorable background check results.
