Administrative Assistant - Property Management

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a property management office or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and staff.
  • Experience in office management or administrative support roles a plus.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and that we provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners. This is an on-site position requiring work at our physical office location.
