- Base Pay Incentives: Total compensation ranging from $42,000 to $45,000 annually, which includes both base pay and performance-based monthly incentives tied to regional collections goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Manage Collections: Drive the execution of the company’s collections strategy to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquencies across multiple locations.
- Partner with Dealerships: Regular communication and collaboration with dealership teams to ensure effective collections procedures and adherence to company guidelines.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions and daily balancing of dealership cash and credit accounts.
- Repossession Leadership: Provide guidance and support in managing repossession processes for delinquent accounts.
- Train and Develop Teams: Lead training for dealership staff to ensure collections protocols are followed consistently.
- Set Strategic Goals: Establish clear collections objectives for each dealership, track progress, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Travel and Leadership: Regular travel to dealerships within your region (80% travel). Must reside in Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio, or Southern Michigan.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in collections or multi-unit management.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing collections processes, with a strong track record in achieving results.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with staff, management, and customers.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage complex situations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems and financial management tools.
- Driver’s License: A valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
