Superior Behavioral Services is looking to add a new member to our team of
Technicians. We provide behavioral treatment and support through ABA Therapy.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with children and is focused on collaborating with colleagues in reaching our goal.
Our goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or that affect learning. Our priority is to support the development of healthy behaviors that will benefit them in, but not limited to, social interactions, communication, motor skills, and many more.
We will provide you with 40 hours of certified online training that is compensated upon completion as well as an additional work week alongside a trainer who will work directly with you in building rapport with your future clients and future colleagues.
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
Your starting compensation will be in the range of $16-$18 based on experience and education. On further tenure and experience, your rate can potentially raise upwards to $22

Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior
Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, and assist the Behavior Analyst, and ABA Interns with clinical assessments as needed. The Behavioral Technician will be responsible for implementing the duties of the Lead Behavioral Technician and ABA Interns in the temporary absence of these team members.

Specific duties & responsibilities will vary depending upon classification.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Follow and record data for prescribed toilet training protocols.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Implements CPI procedures when working with clients/students.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Maintains professional competence by attending and participating in meetings/training and staff development programs or other professional activities as required by Admin.
- Models the mission statement and core values
- Demonstrates a willingness to become an active contributor to the company culture and our continual company improvement process.
- Ability to contribute to our Runner(s) program who are tasked with supporting pick-up and drop-off.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships and collaborate with clients, students, families, co-workers, and community members.
- Ability to develop and present ideas effectively, orally and in written form.
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
