We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth in our service territory. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Utilize in-house CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Lead presentations and discussions with potential customers to showcase our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent account management abilities, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to analyze market opportunities effectively.
