Part Time - Experienced Janitor

Hours are flexible Monday-Friday. Candidate must be available to work afternoons (5pm-9pm). 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

The duties of a Janitor include but are not limited to the following responsibilities and other job assignments:

• Clean restrooms
• Replenish restrooms
• Empty trash
• Empty recycle bins
• Clean desks where applicable
• Clean tables in rooms
• Vacuum offices, common areas
• Clean interior glass
• Dust partitions, cabinets, and vents
• Mop floors
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning
• Strong attention to detail required
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
• Must be flexible in hours and days available to work

• Present oneself in a professional manner

Must be flexible in hours and days available to work, normal work week Mon - Fri. Weekend work required as workload demands and customer requests.

Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning
• Strong attention to detail required
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
• Must be flexible in hours, shifts, and days available to work
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with Floor Equipment, Auto Scrubbers (walk behind and riders), High-Speed Burnishers, Side to Side Scrubbers
• Follow all company Policies and Procedures
• Pass Federal Criminal Background Check (No Felonies)

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
