We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager – representing Carhartt Medical and Wink Scrubs within the retail apparel industry.
As a leader in our industry, we deliver unparalleled quality and innovation to our customers and consumers. In this role, you will drive sales of our medical and professional apparel products to retailers within your designated territory and collaborate with sales professionals like yourself across the US. You will regularly report on retailer and market health, track business growth, and pursue brand objectives within your territory.
Territory: KY, TN, North GA, North AL, MS, East Arkansas
Travel: 30%- 50% depending on the season
Location: Remote (home office)
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Make high-impact presentations to customers/prospects in person and online
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Set and exceed quotas
- Track and report sales in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team
Qualifications
- 5 years of outside sales experience - preferably in the apparel, footwear, and retail industry
- Strong work ethic (high sense of urgency) and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (we use Salesforce)
- Ability and desire to travel in order to do business
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
