Job Description
Essential Functions

- Answering multi-line phones
- Filing, including creating labels, matching invoices to packing slips, etc.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Labeling, sending, and receiving packages
- Ordering supplies for the main corporate office
- Maintains main office area.
- Interacts with and supplies information to job applicants, employees, department heads, and public and private agencies
- Assist with philanthropy events and communication
- Decorate the main office area seasonally
- Order office lunches as needed.
- Coordinate monthly announcements for the office
- Supporting role to all other departments as needed (IT, Accounting, Communications, Estimating)

Supervisory Requirements
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee regularly sits for long periods at a desk in front of a computer screen. The employee occasionally may be required to lift, push, pull, or carry objects; typically, when filing is needed.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time nonexempt position.

Required Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative role or other similar role
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Construction industry experience a bonus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
