We are looking for a responsible and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls .
  • Welcome and directs visitors and clients.
  • Write and distribute email, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist with bank deposits and reconcile bank/credit card statements.
  • Maintain office filing systems.
  • Assist in processing vendor invoices and statements
  • Assist with audits and other financial reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior QuickBooks Software experience
  • Strong data entry and processing skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Time management and the ability to work independently is essential
  • Productive, punctual and dependable
  • Experience in the construction/trucking industry preferred
