We are looking for a responsible and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls .
- Welcome and directs visitors and clients.
- Write and distribute email, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist with bank deposits and reconcile bank/credit card statements.
- Maintain office filing systems.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and statements
- Assist with audits and other financial reports.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Prior QuickBooks Software experience
- Strong data entry and processing skills
- Eye for detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Time management and the ability to work independently is essential
- Productive, punctual and dependable
- Experience in the construction/trucking industry preferred
